How to Use a Weighted Blanket?
You can use a weighted blanket in the exact same way you would use a normal comforter or duvet. Simply lay the weighted blanket flat across your bed and get slide underneath the blanket.
To get the most out of your weighted blanket, you should make sure your body and legs (shoulders to your ankles) are covered. You can also cover your feet, or leave them uncovered - that's totally up to you!
How to Care for a Weighted Blanket?
Due to their weight, weighted blankets should never be put in the washing machines. Instead they should be hand washed with cold water.
Drying can be done by laying the blanket flat on the ground on top of towels (to soak up the moisture) or by hanging in the shade.
All our blanket covers can be machine washed separately in cold water on a gentle cycle and dried in the shade.
